Title  Electronically Tunable Voltage-Mode and Current - Mode Biguadratic Ftlter without External Passive Elements
 Imprint  2547
Summary  A circuit configuration for realizing an electromically tunable active-only voltage-mode and current-mode biquadratic filter, which is composed only of internally compensated type operational amplifier (OA) and operational transconductance a mplifiers (OTAs), is presented in this paper. The proposed configuration can simultaneously realize lowpass, bandpass and highpass filters both in voltage-mode and current-mode without changing circuit topology. The filter offers low active sensitivities and its parameters and Q-factor can be separately tumed by electronic means through controlling the transconductance gains of the OTAs and insensitivity to temperature variations. Since it does not require any external passive elements, the filter is suitable for integrated circuit implementation in either bipolar or COMS technologies.
